  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 whole red bell pepper
  • 1 whole green bell pepper
  • 1 whole yellow onion
  • 8 pieces corn tortillas
  • 0.25 cup cilantro
  • 1 whole avocado
  • 0.5 cup salsa

Directions

Step 1

Start by preparing the marinade for the chicken. In a medium bowl, combine the juice of one lime, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, cumin powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips and place them in the marinade, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, allowing the chicken to absorb the flavors.
