  • 2 patties Wagyu beef patties
  • 2 buns Dairy-free burger buns
  • 1 Avocado
  • 0.5 Red onion
  • 1 Tomato
  • 4 leaves Lettuce leaves
  • 4 slices Pickles
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 slices Dairy-free cheese slices

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 2

Season Wagyu beef patties with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Step 3

Brush them lightly with olive oil to prevent sticking.

Place the beef patties on the grill or skillet, cooking for about 3-4 minutes on each side to the desired doneness. In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of dairy-free cheese on each patty and cover until melted.
