Ingredients

  • 4 Dairy-free hot dog buns
  • 4 Vegan hot dogs
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 Red onion
  • 4 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 Avocado
  • 8 Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 handful Fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons Pickled jalapeños
  • 1 cup Sauerkraut
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Slice the red onion into thin rings and set aside.

Step 2

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the red onion rings and sauté for about 5 minutes until they become soft and translucent. Remove from heat and set aside.

In a separate skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Place each vegan hot dog in the skillet and cook for about 7-8 minutes, turning occasionally until they are evenly browned.
