Ingredients

  • 2 cups Almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut flour
  • 0.5 teaspoons Baking soda
  • 0.25 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.5 cups Coconut oil, melted
  • 2 teaspoons Pure vanilla extract
  • 0.75 cups Coconut sugar
  • 2 pcs Large eggs
  • 1 cup Dairy-free dark chocolate chips

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

In another bowl, combine the melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and coconut sugar, stirring until smooth.
