Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Whole grain tortilla
  • 2 medium Ripe tomatoes
  • 20 grams Fresh basil leaves
  • 1 large Avocado
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 2 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Slice the medium-sized ripe tomatoes into thin slices and set aside.

Step 2

Thinly slice the small red onion.

Step 3

Halve the large avocado, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash it with a fork until smooth.

Step 4

Add the extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to the mashed avocado. Mix well to combine, creating a creamy spread.
