Ingredients

  • 250 grams All-purpose flour
  • 5 grams Instant yeast
  • 5 grams Sugar
  • 5 grams Salt
  • 150 milliliters Water
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 200 grams Silken tofu
  • 2 tablespoons Nutritional yeast
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 2 Onions, thinly sliced
  • 150 grams Smoked tofu, cut into small cubes
  • 2 tablespoons Chives, chopped
  • 0 to taste Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt.

Step 2

Add the water and 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.

Step 3

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.

Step 4

Place the dough back in the bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.

While the dough is rising, prepare the dairy-free base by blending the silken tofu, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, garlic powder, and onion powder in a food processor until smooth. Set aside.
