  • 8 large Figs, fresh
  • 250 ml Unsweetened almond milk
  • 20 grams Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 30 grams Chopped almonds
  • 2 tablespoons Honey (or maple syrup for vegan option)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a bowl, mix the almond flour, coconut flour, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and sea salt until well combined to form a dough.

Press the dough evenly into a 9-inch tart pan with a removable bottom. Make sure the base and sides are evenly covered.
