  • 2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 4 leaves Lettuce leaves
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 4 buns Dairy-free burger buns

Directions

Step 1

Drain and rinse the canned chickpeas thoroughly.

Step 2

In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, chopped red onion, minced garlic, and fresh parsley. Pulse until the mixture is coarsely ground.
