  • 100 grams Romaine lettuce, shredded
  • 1 Tomato, sliced
  • 1 Cucumber, sliced
  • 0.5 Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, mix together 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, minced garlic, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
