  • 4 pieces Dairy-free flatbreads (or wraps)
  • 1 medium Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 large Tomato, sliced
  • 1 small Cucumber, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons Dairy-free yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons Sriracha sauce
  • 4 pieces Lettuce leaves

Directions

Step 1

In a bowl, combine the minced garlic, olive oil, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, ground black pepper, salt, and lemon juice to create a marinade.

Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.

Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).

Line a baking tray with foil and place the marinated chicken thighs on the tray.
