  • 1 ball (about 250g) Pizza dough
  • 0.5 cup Tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili flakes
  • 1 cup Dairy-free mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 large Bell pepper
  • 100 grams Dairy-free pepperoni
  • 6 leaves Fresh basil leaves
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Cornmeal or flour

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat up.

Step 2

On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough ball into a 12-inch round. Sprinkle the cornmeal or flour on a pizza peel or another flat surface that can transfer the pizza to the oven.

Step 3

In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, and red chili flakes. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the rolled-out dough, leaving a half-inch border around the edge.
