Ingredients

  • 800 g Dairy-Free Refrigerated Biscuit Dough
  • 200 g Granulated Sugar
  • 2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 115 g Vegan Butter Substitute
  • 150 g Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 50 g Chopped Nuts (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a Bundt pan with cooking spray or additional vegan butter to ensure easy release.

Step 2

Open the dairy-free biscuit dough packages and cut each individual biscuit into quarters.

Step 3

In a large plastic bag or a mixing bowl, combine the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Add the quartered biscuits into the bag or bowl and toss well until each piece is thoroughly coated in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.

Step 4

If using chopped nuts, sprinkle a portion onto the bottom of the prepared Bundt pan. This will create a nice crunchy layer once the monkey bread is inverted after baking.

Step 5

Layer the cinnamon-sugar-coated biscuit pieces in the prepared Bundt pan. Feel free to add a few more chopped nuts in between the layers if using.

Step 6

In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the vegan butter substitute, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Cook while stirring frequently until the mixture is fully melted and begins to bubble.

Step 7

Once melted and bubbling, evenly pour the hot sugar mixture over the layered biscuit dough in the Bundt pan.

Step 8

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the monkey bread is cooked through.

Step 9

Remove from the oven and allow it to cool in the pan for 10 minutes. After cooling slightly, place a serving plate over the top of the Bundt pan and carefully invert, allowing the monkey bread to slide out onto the plate.

Step 10

Let it cool for a few more minutes before serving warm. Pull apart and enjoy your dairy-free delicious monkey bread!
