  • 400 ml Full-fat coconut milk
  • 300 g Dark dairy-free chocolate, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon Cocoa powder (for dusting, optional)
  • 100 g Fresh berries (for topping, optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and sea salt. Stir until well mixed and it forms a crumbly dough.

Step 3

Press the dough into a 9-inch tart pan firmly and evenly across the bottom and up the sides. Use the bottom of a glass or a flat mug to smooth it out and compact it well.

Place the tart crust in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden. Remove from oven and let it cool completely.
