  • 4 pieces Vegan Cuban rolls
  • 4 tablespoons Vegan mayo

  • 8 pieces Pickle slices
  • 8 slices Grilled vegan ham slices
  • 8 slices Grilled seitan or vegan pork slices
  • 4 slices Vegan cheese slices
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a griddle or large skillet over medium heat.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix the vegan mayo with the garlic powder until well combined.

Slice the Vegan Cuban rolls in half horizontally.

Spread the garlic mayo mixture on the cut sides of the rolls.

Spread the vegan mustard on the other side of the rolls.
