Ingredients

  • 120 grams All-purpose flour
  • 20 grams Cornstarch
  • 50 grams Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 180 milliliters Coconut milk
  • 60 milliliters Coconut oil, melted
  • 45 milliliters Aquafaba (chickpea brine)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour and cornstarch. Add the sugar and salt and whisk to combine.

In a separate bowl, mix the coconut milk, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and aquafaba until well blended.
