Ingredients

  • 150 g Rolled oats
  • 100 g All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder

  • 0.25 tsp Salt
  • 90 ml Coconut oil, melted
  • 100 g Brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 60 ml Almond milk

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir together until fully mixed.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted coconut oil and brown sugar until well blended.
