Ingredients

  • 1.25 cups Sparkling water
  • 1.5 cups Panko bread crumbs
  • 2 cups Vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1

Wash the zucchinis thoroughly and trim the ends off. Cut each zucchini into sticks approximately 3 inches long and 1/2 inch wide.

In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper.
