  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cup vegetable oil (for frying)

Directions

Step 1

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the finely diced onion and minced garlic, sautéing for about 3-4 minutes until the onion is translucent.
