  • 500 ml Vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 4 pieces Lemon wedges
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Cut the fish fillets into bite-sized pieces, approximately 2.5 cm (1 inch) cubes, and pat dry with paper towels.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, combine corn flour, rice flour, baking powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Gradually add the sparkling water to the flour mixture, whisking until a smooth batter forms. The batter should have a consistency similar to thick cream.
