  • 60 grams cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 250 milliliters vegetable oil
  • 4 pieces dairy-free wraps
  • 120 grams lettuce
  • 1 large tomato
  • 0.5 medium cucumber
  • 60 milliliters dairy-free ranch dressing

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, combine the almond milk and apple cider vinegar to create a non-dairy buttermilk substitute. Let it sit for 5 minutes.

In a large bowl, mix together the flour, cornstarch, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
