  • 4 pieces brioche buns
  • 4 pieces lettuce leaves
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced
  • 0.5 cup dairy-free mayonnaise
  • 8 slices dill pickle slices

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, mix the almond milk and lemon juice together to make a dairy-free buttermilk substitute. Let it sit for 5 minutes to thicken slightly.
