  • 240 ml Water
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 500 ml Oil for frying

Directions

Step 1

Start by cutting the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces, approximately 2 cm cubes.

In a mixing bowl, season the chicken pieces with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Mix well to ensure each piece is coated with the seasonings.
