Ingredients

  • 3 large Ripe tomatoes
  • 1 large Cucumber
  • 1 medium Red onion

  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Wash and core the tomatoes, then cut them into bite-sized wedges and add to a large salad bowl.
