Ingredients

  • 300 grams Gluten-free pasta
  • 200 grams Canned tuna in olive oil
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 pieces Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 medium Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Frozen peas
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the gluten-free pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Once cooked, drain and set aside.

Step 2

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and chopped onion, and sauté for about 3 minutes until the onion becomes translucent.

Step 3

Add the canned tuna (undrained) to the skillet, breaking it into chunks with a spatula as it heats through.

Step 4

Pour in the coconut milk, stirring gently to combine with the tuna and onions. Allow the mixture to simmer for 5 minutes, letting the flavors meld together.

Step 5

Add the frozen peas to the skillet and cook for an additional 3 minutes until the peas are heated through.

Step 6

Stir in the lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.

Step 7

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing it thoroughly to coat it with the creamy tuna sauce.

Step 8

Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy your dairy-free creamy tuna pasta warm.
