  • 8 oz softened dairy-free cream cheese

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon dairy-free milk
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon water

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Unroll the dairy-free puff pastry sheets onto a lightly floured surface. If the sheets are too thick, gently roll them out to about 1/4-inch thickness.

Cut the puff pastry into rectangles, roughly 4x3 inches in size.
