  • 2 sheets Dairy-free puff pastry sheets
  • 1 can Full-fat canned coconut milk

  • 3 tablespoons Maple syrup

  • 0.25 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons Powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Water

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dairy-free puff pastry sheets until they are about 1/8-inch thick.

Cut the puff pastry into 8 equal rectangles and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
