Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 8-inch round cake pans.

Step 2

In a medium-sized bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

In a large bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, vegetable oil, apple cider vinegar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
