  • 0.5 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 0.75 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons brewed coffee

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon. Set aside.

In a separate small bowl, dissolve the instant coffee granules in hot water and let it cool.
