Ingredients

  • 4 slices Whole grain bread slices
  • 4 tablespoons Hummus
  • 1 large Avocado
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 1 small Cucumber
  • 1 small Carrot
  • 0.5 medium Red onion
  • 4 leaves Lettuce leaves

Directions

Step 1

Toast the whole grain bread slices until they are crispy and golden brown.

Step 2

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and scoop the flesh into a small bowl. Add the lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mash the avocado with a fork until smooth and creamy.

Step 3
