  • 4 slices Dairy-free cheese slices
  • 4 slices Whole grain or gluten-free bread
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil or coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Drain the canned tuna thoroughly and place it in a medium-sized mixing bowl.

Add the dairy-free mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chopped celery, chopped red onion, and fresh lemon juice to the bowl with the tuna.
