Ingredients

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease and flour an 8-inch round cake pan, or line it with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

In another bowl, combine the sugar, applesauce, and vegetable oil. Whisk together until smooth.
