  • 0.25 teaspoon Cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons Tomato paste
  • 0.5 cup Water
  • 8 Corn tortillas
  • 1 Avocado, sliced
  • 0.5 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 Lime, cut into wedges
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 0.5 cup Salsa

Directions

Step 1

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the diced onion and sauté until soft and translucent, about 4-5 minutes.
