  • 50 milliliters Vegetable oil
  • 200 milliliters Almond milk
  • 300 grams Mixed fresh fruits (strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, etc.)
  • 4 tablespoons Apricot jam
  • 1 tablespoon Water

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a 9-inch flan or tart pan with some vegetable oil.

In a large bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, and baking powder. Add sugar and salt, and mix well.
