  • 4 cups Vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 0.5 cups Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.

Add the water and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until a smooth dough forms. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour. If it's too dry, add a spoonful of water at a time to achieve the right consistency.
