  • 500 g ground pork
  • 1 medium carrots, finely chopped
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 120 g bread crumbs
  • 50 g raisins
  • 3 tbsp sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 pieces hotdogs, sliced lengthwise
  • 2 pieces hard-boiled eggs, quartered
  • 2 sheets aluminum foil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground pork, chopped carrots, bell pepper, onion, and minced garlic.

Step 3

Add bread crumbs, raisins, and sweet pickle relish to the mixture.

Step 4

Season the mixture with salt, black pepper, and soy sauce.

Step 5

Crack the eggs into the bowl and mix all ingredients thoroughly with clean hands until well incorporated.

Lay out two sheets of aluminum foil, each approximately 30x30 cm.

Divide the meat mixture into two equal parts and place each portion onto the center of a foil sheet.
