  • 150 milliliters Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon Apple cider vinegar

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a 12-cup muffin tray with paper cupcake liners.

In a medium-sized bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
