Directions

Step 1

Begin by placing the eggs in a medium saucepan and cover them with cold water. Bring the water to a boil over medium-high heat.

Once boiling, cover the saucepan with a lid, remove it from the heat, and let the eggs stand for about 9-12 minutes for firm yolks.
