  • 2 large leaves Lettuce leaves
  • 1 Avocado
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Begin by preparing the ingredients: slice the tomato into thin rounds, and halve the avocado, removing the pit and slicing it thinly.

Step 2

Gently open each dairy-free croissant without fully separating the halves. Set aside.

In a small bowl, mix together the dairy-free mayonnaise and Dijon mustard until well combined. Set this creamy spread aside.

Spread about one and a half tablespoons of the mayonnaise and mustard mixture on the inside of each croissant half.
