Ingredients

  • 200 grams Dark chocolate chips (dairy-free)
  • 100 grams Coconut oil

  • 30 grams Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 80 grams Almond flour
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F) and grease a 9-inch springform pan with coconut oil.

In a heatproof bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil over a pot of simmering water, stirring occasionally until smooth. Remove from heat.
