  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, chopped

  • 0.5 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup canola oil, for frying

Directions

Step 1

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and celery, cooking until softened, about 5 minutes.
