  • 2 slices Dairy-free cheese slices
  • 2 slices Whole grain bread
  • 2 tablespoons Vegan butter or spread
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 4 leaves Spinach leaves
  • 1 slice Tomato

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a skillet or non-stick pan over medium heat.

Spread 1 tablespoon of vegan butter on one side of each bread slice.

Place one slice of bread, buttered side down, onto the skillet.
