Ingredients

  • 2 slices Dairy-free cheese slices
  • 2 tablespoons Dairy-free margarine or spread
  • 4 slices Sliced deli ham
  • 4 slices Whole wheat bread
  • 2 leaves Leafy lettuce
  • 1 small Tomato
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Begin by preparing the ingredients. Wash and dry the lettuce leaves and set aside. Slice the tomato into thin rounds.

Step 2

Lay out the four slices of whole wheat bread on a clean surface. Spread a tablespoon of dairy-free margarine on one side of each bread slice.

On the unbuttered side of two bread slices, place a slice of dairy-free cheese followed by two slices of deli ham.
