  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 1 medium, finely chopped Onion
  • 4 cloves, minced Garlic
  • 1 tbsp, minced Ginger
  • 2 small, finely chopped Green chili
  • 2 tbsp, finely chopped Cilantro
  • 2 tbsp, finely chopped Mint leaves
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1 tsp, or to taste Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp, plus extra for greasing Oil

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine ground beef with finely chopped onion, minced garlic, minced ginger, and chopped green chilies.

Step 2

Add cilantro, mint leaves, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, salt, and black pepper.

Step 3

Pour in lemon juice and oil, and mix everything thoroughly using your hands until well combined.

Cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. This allows the flavors to meld and the mixture to firm up.

Preheat the grill or oven to 350°F (175°C). If using oven, line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
