  • 500 grams lean ground beef
  • 100 grams breadcrumbs
  • 1 medium, finely chopped onion

  • 1 whole egg
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons, finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, and egg.

Add the Worcestershire sauce, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper to the mixture.

Using your hands or a wooden spoon, mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined.

Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into round, flat patties about 1.5 cm thick. You should be able to make approximately 8 rissoles.
