Ingredients

  • 500 grams ground beef
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 units garlic clove
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 1 large egg
  • 100 grams breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons water

Directions

Step 1

Finely chop the onion and garlic. Chop the parsley.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, chopped garlic, chopped parsley, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, black pepper, and water.

Mix the ingredients thoroughly with your hands or a spoon until well combined.

Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions, and shape each portion into a flat cutlet (about 1 cm think and 7 cm in diameter).

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
