Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

Scoop 8 perfect spheres of dairy-free vanilla ice cream using an ice cream scoop and place each onto the prepared baking sheet. Insert a toothpick or skewer into each scoop to secure. Freeze the ice cream scoops for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
