  • 240 ml Water
  • 115 g Vegan butter
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tbsp Granulated sugar
  • 125 g All-purpose flour
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 170 g Dairy-free dark chocolate
  • 240 ml Coconut cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp Powdered sugar

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the water, vegan butter, salt, and sugar. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.

Step 3

Remove the saucepan from heat and add the flour all at once, stirring vigorously with a wooden spoon until the mixture forms a ball and pulls away from the sides of the pan.

Return the pan to low heat and continue stirring for 1-2 minutes to dry out the dough slightly.

Transfer the dough to a mixing bowl. Allow it to cool for 5 minutes.
