Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cut the pastry into squares approximately 10 cm by 10 cm. You should be able to get about eight squares from a standard-sized sheet.
Prick the surface of each square with a fork lightly to prevent too much puffing.
