Ingredients

  • 1 package dairy-free puff pastry sheets
  • 200 grams dairy-free dark chocolate
  • 60 ml coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon sea salt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Sprinkle a clean surface lightly with flour and roll out the dairy-free puff pastry sheets until they're about 0.5 cm thick.

Step 3

Cut the pastry into squares approximately 10 cm by 10 cm. You should be able to get about eight squares from a standard-sized sheet.

Prick the surface of each square with a fork lightly to prevent too much puffing.

Place the squares onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for about 15-18 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and puffed. Remove from the oven and cool completely.
