  • 0.5 cup vegetable broth
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 sliced avocado
  • 0.25 cup, chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 cut into wedges lime
  • 0 to taste salt
  • 0 to taste pepper

Directions

Step 1

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Step 2

Add the diced onion and sauté until it becomes translucent, about 5 minutes.

Stir in the minced garlic, chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, ground cumin, and paprika. Cook for another minute until fragrant.
