  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 4 pieces Whole wheat tortillas
  • 4 leaves Lettuce leaves
  • 1 medium, diced Tomato
  • 1 medium, sliced Avocado
  • 0.5 medium, thinly sliced Red onion
  • 0.5 cup Dairy-free chipotle sauce

Directions

Step 1

Begin by preparing the chicken. Place the chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound to an even 1/2-inch thickness using a meat mallet.

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, chipotle powder, garlic powder, onion powder, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper.
